Remove some hidden deprecated study webservices

Since more than half a year, some webservices such as study/{study}/variants and study/{study}/alignments were first deprecated, then hidden and most likely not well maintained. This webservices were replaced since then by analysis/alignment/query and analysis/variant/query which are the fully functional ones. It is time now to completely remove these webservices.
