Re #39 enhanced data model

Implement

Ability for connections to be grouped into stations/supply equipment groups for a specific site
Ability to flag station EVSE connections as shareable (i.e. multiple charging sessions can work simultaneously)
Ability to flag station is dedicated EV charging infrastructure (i.e. equipment is solely intended for EV charging)
Metadata types for local/site amenities.
Ability to associated multiple operators with equipment

Should we capture Operator Role for each equipment? E.g.

Equipment is part of 'Chargeplace Mars' government scheme
Network operator (app or RFID) you use to access equipment is 'MarsCharge'.
