the marketing website, the readme claim to be opensource however the license clearly states:
The Licensee may not distribute, sublicense, sell, or resell the Software, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission from the Licensor.
the rest of the license file looks like it was lifted from MIT.
so which is it? MIT or something else?

I just removed the old custom (and weird - sorry) license and replaced it with the default MIT license.
