CI: Continious integration

1. Every push should trigger a build where unittests and integration tests are executed
2. Report on test results, vulnerabilities, code quality, etc.
3. Nightly build should be automatically executed with reports and binaries stored and accessible
4. Formal release should result in version tag, version of binaries, publication to maven central and release notes.
