This clones and builds opencog with with atom types required for the project. It is still work in progress
this is helpful in production environment so as to run the cogserver as daemon

This is an initial implementation, suitable for an easier development and deployment . Fig is used for orchestration but will be replaced once docker-compose is stable enough.
