Adding documentation for AWS integration.

Why
Had a few questions in the chat about how to properly set up AWS integration.

Full disclosure - I have no experience with setting up Athena integration and haven't verified those pieces function as expected.

There's currently no support for the Cost and Usage Report in OpenCost, so we shouldn't merge this in. The Spot Instance feed should work I believe.

Removed the info about Athena and CUR integration. I got all that info by digging through the OpenCost repository, I'll have to give it a shot in the future and see where/if it breaks down.

I'm using the spot instance feed integration on my clusters, so that piece definitely works :).

I think this should be good for review again.
