 Le bloc `victimes` détaille les informations du bulletin concernant les personnes décédés (et non les personnes contaminées). Attention ce champ ne comptabilise pas toutes les victimes depuis le début de la crise, mais uniquement les victimes annoncées dans le bulletin.
