Create working shopping list tutorial

Although I did some work to update the outdated shopping list tutorial for #181, there are still various issues surrounding the tutorial.

Goal

Create/update the shopping list tutorial to be able to generate a working OCW shopping list.

Issues to address

• The content of docs/tutorial/shopping.rst is still out of date, missing information, or incorrect. This issue will track updates to the content of that document.
• The maven repository widget package is out of date.
• The docs on opencoweb.org are out of date themselves.

I made some changes to the colist earlier last week, and I will include them in the updated tutorial.

Also, I am refactoring some of the colist javascript code. When I first went through the tutorial (when I was first introduced to OCW), I found some aspects of the application confusing as a tutorial. Part of the goal is to have a tutorial that is simple to understand, and also demonstrates important ideas thoroughly.

I've refactored the colist demo (colistUpdate branch) and have been updating the tutorial. My goal is to have each tutorial checkpoint produce a working demo (the current tutorial gives various checkpoints, but the steps are getting to the checkpoint are very broken).

I should note that I removed references to the python server from the shopping list tutorial since 1) I could not get the python version to work, and 2) support for python has waned. The rationale was that users viewing the tutorial should not be confused about something that isn't fully supported at the moment.
