Application Switcher link for RHODS dashboard in OCP web UI says OpenShift Managed Services in self-managed clusters

Describe the bug
The application switcher menu in the OCP Web UI has an heading that says OpenShift Managed Services for the RHODS dashboard link even when installing in self-managed clusters. This is fine for OSD but needs to be updated for self-managed environments, in both versions of the operator

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install RHODS (v1/v2 operator)
2. Go to OCP web UI and check application switcher menu
3. See the heading above the link for the RHODS dashboard

Expected behavior
This link should not be classified as a Managed Service
