The XLSForm syntax is not supported by Build. For example, to refer to another field, we must use XPath syntax -- /data/first_name. This is not immediately obvious and causes confusion for users (e.g. https://forum.opendatakit.org/t/guide-me-on-setting-up-skips-on-build/13739/5)
