This removes the tentative enhancement of
isTypeListVisiblethat breaks thecollapsemechanism on ie11 (at least). Cf https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/base-sirene-des-entreprises-et-de-leurs-etablissements-siren-siret/#discussion-5b4315e788ee385d44bbff98-1.It also fixes the anonymous markup of the resource card (missing closing tag).
