A VSCode devcontainer for udata :)

Requires the Remote - Containers extension (sadly not available in VSCodium).

Some things left:

  • deal with user permissions (in particular on linux)
  • explore a working solution to dev udata and udata-gouvfr at the same time
  • install plugins based on udata.cfg ?
  • install npm
