Jackan 0.4.2

• implemented writing into ckan
• added CkanClient.builder() for setting connection parameters (proxy, timeout)
• implemented DcatFactory and GreedyDcatFactory for conversion to Dcat
• shaded some dependency (i.e. apache http client), removed others (i.e. joda)
• did some refactoring (there has been some breaking changes)
