Update all fonts to use latin subset as produced by new font generation script. Set font scaling on Namo Pubtree. Other minor tweaks.

Updated Noto Serif fonts again from upstream, this time using a hand-crafted FontForge script. Enabled kerning in stylesheet in a standard way and applied other minor CSS fixes. Scaled down large images to reduce file size and to make them work in Aldiko.
