Tailor does not honor .env.enc files when no .env files are present #250

When running tailor with only a foo.env.enc file and no corresponding foo.env file non of the key/value pairs are picked up.

Tailor should either error out or pick those values up.

I see. As a workaround, is it possible to create an empty .env file?

Do you want to contribute a fix? ;)

Yes, that workaround does work.

Yes, if I can find some time I'll look into it. Might take a while (no expectations, primarily just putting it here so there's a record) 😁
