Error Index: Attempted to use function that requires {feature}

OpenDP requires explicit opt-in for certain library features. The opt-in function can be imported as follows:

from opendp.mod import enable_features

• contrib: Functions for which proofs for correctness have not completed the vetting process. Please read the limitations.

  enable_features("contrib")

• floating-point: Functions that are susceptible to floating-point attacks. Read more in the User-Guide.

  enable_features("floating-point")

• honest-but-curious: Functions that are only private if the arguments are honest. For example, an adversary could lie, and pass the amplifier combinator an arbitrarily large population size, resulting in an underestimated privacy spend.
