fix: ORA response with attached file (for Quince)

Now everything works correctly:

Do not pay attention to the fact that the screenshot was taken from a local instance. It has been tested on the production server, and everything works just as correctly.

As promised, I have updated the backport 😉

Additionally, I made the update for Palm, but the static check seems not to be functioning there. Does it require fixing? Considering that Palm tags are no longer being cut off.

@DmytroAlipov: exactly, Palm.4 was the latest tag release so it's not worth it making it work there. I'll let the BTR know about this backport and then merge. Thanks!
