Sort through community input

We have a few sources of input on potential OARS reports:

• The existing reports in Insights, which we're gathering here: Pull all reports from Insights #31

• New feedback being gathered in Supporting Product Research for Aspects (formerly OARS) v1 #8

This ticket is to gather all of that those sources into a single list of desired reports. Feedback that isn't applicable (technically impossible, not analytics data, should be handled in a different system, etc) should be filtered out from this list.

AC:

• An epic on the wg-data board containing issues on the openedx-oars board, one ticket for each report with the following information:
  • Source of the request (already in Insights, community feedback, Product WG, etc)
  • Does the report require new xAPI events to be created that aren't already supported in event-routing-backends?
  • Does the report require new tracking log events AND new xAPI events?
  • Level of effort as defined in Pull all reports from Insights #31
  • Any additional information needed for details on how to implement the report
