Font size in tab layout text is too big in the legacy themes

Legacy themes are all the themes except for Light and Radiant.

Any thoughts on not allowing legacy themes if the tab layout is in use?

I wouldn't go that far for this bug. I am guessing there will be an easy fix here.
(note however there is another issue looming in the following PR where the buttons on the tab layout in the legacy themes(except for Ray's updated tan theme) appear broken:

I fixed this in the following PR:

As an aside, I also fixed the broken buttons from the legacy themes in the above PR by modernizing the older legacy buttons with Ray's buttons in the tan theme(thank you Ray!).
