In bcl-pattern bcl-carousel there's a disable_touch variable that should be added to the files:

templates/patterns/carousel/carousel.ui_patterns.yml
templates/patterns/carousel/pattern-carousel.html.twig
Also another change is previous_label must be prev_label (check it at https://github.com/openeuropa/bootstrap-component-library/blob/development/src/components/bcl-carousel/carousel.html.twig#L32)
