House-keeping: Bump to Golang 1.8.x across all repos

Bump to Golang 1.8.x across all repos

This includes faas, faas-cli and faas-netes.

All existing tests should pass including functional test.

This will also need an ARMHF Golang Dockerfile.

Help wanted on this - a good beginner item since it involves search/replace and packaging.

I'm working on this. 64bit changes have been made and tested. May have run into an issue with the arm equivalents - need to test properly on a pi
