Proposal: Marketplace entry for DigitalOcean Kubernetes

Expected Behaviour

Digital Ocean have a new marketplace for applications which can be installed onto their Kubernetes service (DOKS).

Current Behaviour

Install with helm or YAML files using the docs.

Possible Solution

A PR needs to be sent to: marketplace-kubernetes

This PR should install using helm and a LoadBalancer to expose the gateway.

Context

This would allow users to "one-click install" OpenFaaS onto DOKS
