This is the same PR as #12, only without factorisation of
headers = wsgihelpers.handle_cross_origin_resource_sharing(ctx)due to possible side-effects if we didn't want to handle CORS in all cases, as per @eraviart’s instructions.Please choose between this PR and #12.
