Add support for cooking instructions

What

• Add support for cooking instructions
• Allow the users to crop and select a cooking instruction photo
• Make it a text field like ingredients or packaging
• Develop a structured input in parallel using the draft https://en.wiki.openfoodfacts.org/Global_Food_Preparation_taxonomy
  • This is potentially very complex to model
  • Cooking method, Duration, heat level (there can be several methods, there might be specific instruction like "Flip", "Cover")

I'm adding this to accessibility. Structured cooking instructions could unlock insane use cases for blind users, like autonomy for cooking (microwave, oven, pan), and even autonomous microwaves using barcodes in the future
