• I need to have a template to check with a new user if he is really from the organisation that he is requesting.

This would be a link in the mail "new account … for existing org…" isn't it ?

Hi @alexgarel yes you are right, for now, it is need only in the "new account … for existing org…" mail. Thanks :)

Extra point :

During the meeting we had last friday (Producers process workshop) we also mention that it would be interesting if we could automate this email (Are you a producer?) if the email of the user is generic (@gmail.com, @yahoo.fr, @rakuten.com, etc) .
