The localized title of cards is not picked up

What

• The API does return translated titles for cards ("Health", "Environment") as evidenced in : https://world-fr.openfoodfacts.org/api/v0/product/4027013050033.json?fields=knowledge_panels,attributes_tags
• For some reason, those are in English on a French phone, even after refresh
