[DFC Orders] Update staging FR and UK data

Description

- As a: tester / OFN team member
- On page: staging UK and FR
- I want to be able to do: I want to see recent anonymized data on both staging server, in order to fetch the taxonomies maching that was done in prod.

(I think) this is the task we use to put prod data to stagings:

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

1. DFC's taxon URI are available in both staging
2. Production data is present although all emails are anonymized

• This will close [staging-UK] DB out of sync, can't stage master #12375
