[invoices] Increase item column on PDF

Description

- As a: enterprise user / shopper
- On page: invoice PDF
- I want to be able to do:

If the name of the product is very long, the invoice can be less clear and can take several pages. The idea would be to increase the size of the column item (we can make the tax rates columns smaller as we know the max size)

• we can we make sure the text takes up the whole columns size? currently it leaves a lot of white space

Example here with Theresa's shop in CA production :

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

1. replicate the above example in test data
2. check items take less than 8 lines to be display and text is fitting better the size of the column
