Bulk Co-op reports not showing orders accurately:
Placed orders are missing and a cancelled order showing in:
• Bulk Co—op Allocation Report
• Bulk Co-op Packing Sheets
• The Bulk Co-op Supplier Report
A hub with ID#286 had an OC called ‘JUNE 2022 GROUP 3’ ID#12618 (opened from 29 May to 25 June)
The product that the hub was checking that lead to this is called ‘Organic Basmati WhiteRice’ ID#2643
Variant Unit = 1kg
Price $4.85
Bulk Units Size = g = 25000.0g (25kg)The BOM view filtered for Organic Basmati WhiteRice contains orders for
• Sarah
• Tieng
• Gabby

...only contain the orders for

Could not find any problems with the orders for Sara and Tieng.

Note that the Bulk Customer Payments Report filtered for OC ‘JUNE 2022 GROUP 3’ contains the full order amounts for

There is also an order # R686181262 for Christine Carley which has been cancelled, but the above Bulk Reports are still showing her order for ‘Honey Raw Local - 1kg’, though not for Organic Basmati WhiteRice - 1kg, which was in the same cancelled order.

Expected Behavior

Bulk Co-Op reports should show all placed orders for bulk products and not show cancelled orders.

Actual Behaviour

Only some orders are showing in Bulk Co-Op reports compared to orders placed. A cancelled order is showing in the report after cancellation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Bulk Co-Op Packing, Allocation, and Supplier reports for the above user for the order cycle dates noted above
2. Compare to orders placed and cancelled per order numbers above.

User is currently using Pack by Product reports as a workaround.
