I have a question. Does GeneFuse report "Encompassing Reads" in the output? Thank you.

Note:
Encompassing reads are pairs of reads with each in the pair aligned to a different gene, thereby surrounding the fusion junctions or genomic breakpoints, and spanning reads are reads partially aligned to both genes corresponding to a fusion junction.
