chore: credits update

[KenLSM]

Problem

1. Our TOU are out of date, and we want to update them.
2. Multiple packages are not on github (which our credits-generator) doesn't handle it well

Solution

1. Update TOU
2. Added patches credits-patch that tracks various patches that were applied manually.
   These patches should be applied the next time we update TOUs
