Relay server sometimes fails to relay transaction. #144

Relay server sometimes (2/10) throws error No relay responded! 1 attempted, 1 pinged.
Stdout on relay server outputs this -:
relayTransaction: VM Exception while processing transaction: revert GREATER_OR_EQUAL_TO_32_LENGTH_REQUIRED

Had this issue while using v0.3.3 libraries with current (master branch) server, took a while to know the cause as sometimes transactions were relaying properly and sometimes doesn't.
