Not always receiving SITEMAP_CHANGED SSE #1525

I noticed that the app doesn't receive the SSE SITEMAP_CHANGED whenever the sitemap is changed. Sometimes the sitemap is reloaded, but very rarely.
I first thought that there might be connection issues between the app and the server, but I have the same behavior in Basic UI.
Is it possible to enable logging for all sent SSE?

I cannot reproduce this anymore.
