Currently, we can start a distribute zookeeper cluster under only one host. now, need to test whether we can succeed to build a hdfs cluster based on the existed zookeeper.

BTW, need a common HDFS template file under conf/hdfs/ directory for user to build their own HDFS cluster.

Huker will build a HA HDFS cluster by default based on this document: https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/stable/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-hdfs/HDFSHighAvailabilityWithQJM.html

We can build a non-HA HDFS cluster now, so close this issue firstly.
