Bad Framerate, lots of pixelation, RTSP hit or miss

Fresh install many times on my v2 wyzecam. The FPS is pretty terrible. I will see one frame every 5-30 seconds, and there is lots of pixelation where there is movement. I use to be able to add it to my motioneye software via RTSP, but it randomly stopped working. This is all right after a fresh install when viewing it from VLC. Any advice?

I'm having the same issues with the latest openipc firmware on v2.
I can't even get the RTSP stream to 'display' in VLC or Blue Iris.

Everything else is working fine with the firmware....

I'm not sure this is a fix, more of a work around. H264 encoding for RTSP seems to be more processor intensive than MJPEG. It seems like the built in processor struggles to keep up with H264 encoding. Switch RTSP H264 off and turn on RTSP MJPEG. For me this has greatly improved RTSP framerate.
