@a-niem – thanks for your submission to JOSS. It looks like there's an issue with the formatting of your paper, see this error:

Problem with affiliations for Dmitry Puzyrev, perhaps the affiliations index need quoting? (Theoj::Error)

@a-niem It seems like the paper is ok now.

Thank you for your submission to JOSS. We are currently facing a backlog of submissions in this track. Can you please follow up by looking at the list of editors to help me identify an editor that closely matches the topic of your submission? When you reach this page, please scroll down to Topic Editors. Please note that I am not asking you to suggest reviewers at this stage. Please simply list the GitHub IDs of prospective topic editors without using the @. Please reply to this thread by listing up to three GitHub IDs only (one per line).

Hey @a-niem, I'll be the topical editor on this one. I'm familiar with 2D and 3D image processing, but not much on particle tracking. I think I can manage though. First thing: can you take a look through this list of people and suggest some potential reviewers?

I'm sorry human, I don't understand that. You can see what commands I support by typing:

It seems that editorialbot does not have a command for 'inviting' reviewers', only adding them...so @aquilesC, please consider yourself officially invited.

I would like to review this submission.
In the meantime, I would like to ask @a-niem if there is data (and a pre-trained model) available in order to test the software (didn't have time to go through the docs yet, so disregard if this is obvious)?

Excellent, thank you! This means we have our quota of reviewers and can begin!
