Avoids to have the same id in the parsed features. "Node ids are unique between nodes. However, a way or a relation can have the same id number as a node." (from http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Node)

For the record, I ran into this issue with an osm file created by FME. |

Closing. We discussed this and said that the lib should not change feature ids. |
