btw, I noticed when doing this that non-class typedefs don't appear in the sidebar, only in their namespace page. Not sure if this is a problem or not, but I think newbies might be confused to find that |

A quick and dirty to get the sidebar in sequence. The namespace/class split seems to be part of JSDoc itself, so I simply merge these 2 and sort, then create output for each entry.
I've generated the docs and it all looks fine to me.
If anyone using the docs wants to know which are namespaces and which classes, they can simply click on the
olentry and it shows the classes, then the namespaces.
