Add alternative spellings to each field and make the alternative spellings searchable

first_name: Nayla (canonical)
first_name_alternative_spellings: Neila, Neyla, Naila;
last_name: Tueni (canonical)
last_name_alternative_spellings: Twayni, Twayny, Tueny, Twaini, Twainy
