  • siphon resources

  • abduct robot or machine pops

  • sabotage target's robot assembly speed

  • sabotage resource storage

  • sabotage a random planet's build speed (hamper logistics)

  • reprogram target empire robot ethics (some percent of robot pops will randomly shift their ethic away from empire)

  • install rootkit: intel bonus

  • install corrupt firmware: small research bonus each month. requires rootkit

  • install credential logger: gain bit of energy each month

  • packet flood: target empire bureaucrats/unity jobs upkeep increases

  • destroy diplomatic history: reduces the target's negative opinion modifiers of the source empire

  • chemical bliss OPS: infect pops with chemical bliss
