DO NOT MERGE until next tools ver. The 4.1 does not support it properly. Generate multiple SQL files to be imported in parallel. The files will respect the cross-layer dependencies, so they can be all injested at the same time.
Results evaluating commit 5c45898 (merged with base 12542eb as e5cf765). See run details. PostgreSQL DB size in MB: 2739 ⇒ 2738 (-0.0% change)
