just merged the updated develop into this feature branch as I believe that will fix the CI which had those pytest warn errors |

This PR attempts to add
damage-energyto the reactions available for MicroXS. This would help with this forum post where a user requested the ability to get DPA from a flux spectrum.Fixes # (issue)
