not all combinations of http/https, www/non-www, dash/no-dash, work correctly.
Expected behaviour:

every domain variant redirects to one of the two canonical URLs
- https://www.ingo-steinke.de/
- https://www.ingo-steinke.com/
no certificate error prevents expected redirects when using https variants
expected behaviour should be covered by automated test

Steps to reproduce: examine all possible variations, for example

GET http://ingosteinke.com/ 404 Not Found - Request ID: 01G3N5G76HSYGPR5285EMZ3S4B
