Currently when Tarquin has issues these are silently ignored, which may lead to later failures, for example in loading the results file, without providing information about what the problem is. It would be better to check the return code from Tarquin and if there is an error, to display that error so the user can address the problem, or at least report back.

When processing data with TARQUIN, if the return code is not 0,
stderr from TARQUIN is raised as an exception to the user.
