The desktop client should support viewing the source files of a Hyperbook.
The desktop client should allow opening a folder, which contains a Hyperbook.
The desktop client should allow to download a Hyperbook from the web. For this to work, we need to add a resource map to the build of the website. This could be easily done by using the fs library (vfile.list).
The desktop client should reflect changes to the source files in "real-time". This enables the desktop client to also be used when editing/creating a Hyperbook.
This should partially solve #244 and #213.
