This adds progress indicators (i.e., tqdm support; introduced in #882) for path density/path histogram objects, as well as for the move_summary. With tqdm installed, you automatically get progress bars for these analyses.

This is ready. It's pretty simple -- mostly involves wrapping iterables in self.progress(...). I'll leave this up for comment for 24 hours, merging no earlier than Wed 19 Feb.
