Put a link to OpenRA Bountysource page

There isn't any donation link on the website. It could be better to put a link to the openRA page on Bountysource so that people have a way of financially contributing to the project.

Hmm, that is somehow on purpose. We are using foreign intellectual property and getting money of it (directly via donations) violates fair use guidelines. There is a link to GitHub and it integrates with BountySource. I think that is enough.
