Forum does not always send out confirmation e-Mails

There are always random complaints via ModDB and IRC about this. I can personally confirm it. Might be related to modern anti-spam techniques like greylisting as using http://www.trashmail.de/ to workaround "solved" it for me. I also registered quite a lot of Matt usernames at http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/memberlist.php before I noticed.

I have disabled email confirmation for now. If this results in a bunch of automated spam accounts (I suspect it won't, as any bots would need to specifically target the custom registration page) then I will re-enable it.
