It appears the movement of the camera is bugged. When you "right click" to move around the park, it keeps moving you even if you dont move the mouse but hold the right click, and moving around, isn't smooth, it seems to get stuck and slows down like there's added friction.

Another thing I noticed, was the Cursor. the pointer is no longer being used, when you hover over rides or peeps, its just normal cursor default and not the pointer (the pointer tells the user that area is clickable)

Moving around works fine here. I get a pointer cursor but it doesn't work reliably. If I move the cursor over a peep or ride, it switches between normal and pointer cursor randomly.

Yeah I noticed the camera does work okay with the default window size. Once you resize the window, then it messes up movement.

I get the same issue, it happens sometimes when I am in the default window size. The screen will scroll in a random direction while I am holding right mouse to move around and not moving the mouse. It also does the same exact thing when I resize the window but much more often. It's like the game tries fighting me with where I want the camera to go. It will stop if I let go of the right mouse button but will start up again very soon after
