Custom keyboard shortcut for close window don't work with the file browser (Save/Load window)

Hi, this my first bug report.
I just love so much this project, you all do an incredible job! Thanks!

This is a tiny bug, the bug itself is that I've assingned the 1 key to "Close top-most window" and the 2 key to "Close all floating windows". Neither of these custom shortcuts affect the built-in file browser (Save/Load dialog) either inside a park or in the title sequence.
All other windows are closed perfectly fine, this just affect the file browser.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the 1 key to "Close top-most window" and the 2 key to "Close all floating windows"
2. Try to use these shortcuts to close the file browser
